Deano Cook has been drawing since the day he could hold a pencil. Presently, you will find him holding his tattoo machine, producing some of the most realistic artwork on skin today. Deano has been tattooing since the spring of 1993. His influences include Tony Olivas, Brian Everett, Jack Rudy, Guy Aitchison, and Tom Renshaw. Deano's specialties include realism, portraits (including color), and pin-ups.

Prior to tattooing, Deano spent over ten years learning and perfecting his portrait skills on paper. He commissioned several paintings, and did extensive color pencil works. He graduated into tattooing at the suggestion of a friend, and served a short apprenticeship at Club Tattoo just north of Atlanta. Deano has mainly been a self-taught, self-driven artist, learning from other artists, countless books, and past experiences.

Deano has been a member of the Alliance of Professional Tattooists since 1997, and is a member of the National Tattoo Association. Deano currently travels to tattoo conventions all around the country, pumping out some of his best work, attending and sometimes teaching seminars, and aquiring numerous awards for his best pieces. He takes great pride in every single one of those awards, and in his extensive magazine coverage. As Deano's knowledge and experience increase with time, he continues striving to be a top artist in the tattoo industry.
